Trial terms
These terms apply when you send a dataset to pAud AI Lite. Provider: pAud Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17241933), registered office 45 Silverstream House, Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
What you get
- A private pAud running on your own dataset, where you set up the pack: domain knowledge, rules, lifecycle and KPIs.
- The trial is free. There is no billing and no payment details are asked for.
Our reply
- We aim to reply within 3 days of your latest upload. A reply is either the link to your live pAud or a plain-language "needs fixes" report on your file.
- The 3 days are best effort. There is no service level agreement, and no compensation if we are late.
- We may decline a submission. When we are at capacity, the form offers a waitlist place instead of an upload.
Access
- Access lasts up to 10 days from the moment your pAud goes live.
- Your dataset and everything derived from it are deleted no later than 14 days after your latest upload. Access always ends before that.
- If our reply is late, your access gets shorter. A late reply never extends how long we keep your data.
- Download your pack and report before access ends if you want to keep them. Those files are yours.
What data you may send
- One file per submission: the raw exports from your systems as CSV or Excel tables (or TSV, TXT, Parquet, JSON or SQLite), zipped together if there are several, or an OCEL 2.0 or XES log, up to the size limit shown on the form.
- Only data you are allowed to share with us for this purpose.
- No special-category personal data, such as health, religion, ethnicity, political views, trade union membership, biometric or genetic data, or sex life and orientation.
- Personal data pseudonymised or kept to the minimum the analysis needs. Please replace names, emails and phone numbers before you upload.
- Nothing unlawful and nothing that could harm our systems.
You confirm these points when you tick the boxes on the form. If a file breaks them, we may delete it at once and tell you.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights in your data. We use it only to run your trial, as set out in the data processing agreement and the privacy notice. Only the structure of your tables and a few masked sample values go to an AI service (Anthropic), to propose how your tables fit together, and a person reviews the result.
Ending the trial early
You can stop at any time with the "delete my data now" link in your confirmation email, or by writing to [email protected]. We delete everything at once and email you a receipt.
Software
pAud is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. Every page of your pAud links to its source code.
No warranty
The trial is provided as is. Its findings describe patterns in your data. They are associations, not proof of cause, and you decide what to do with them. The trial is free, so our total liability to you is limited to £100, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, or for our data protection obligations under the data processing agreement.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, the new terms apply to new submissions. A trial already running keeps the terms it started with.
Governing law and jurisdiction: the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights you have under the law of your own country are unaffected.
